Inspiring a culture of movement in the workplace

Creating a culture of movement in the workplace promotes better health, motivated leaders, and greater team work which produces inspired employees.

  • Increases energy, focus, and alertness - Exercise promotes circulation which allows for greater blood flow to the brain.

  • Reduces stress levels - Exercise reduces levels of the body's stress hormones, such as adrenaline and cortisol and stimulates production of endorphins which are natural mood enhancers.

  • Increases Self Confidence - Exercise creates a sense of accomplishment, setting and reaching personal goals continually striving for higher goals than the last.

The bottom line is that living a healthy lifestyle from the inside out, mind and body, helps transform your employee into a leader by instilling in them accountability, time management, goal setting, self confidence, team work, and so much more. Don’t take it from me lets see what Forbes has to say about the linkage between exercise and fitness in, Fitness For Duty: Exercise Can Make You A Better Leader.

I am an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and put simply, I work locally and nationally to first teach your employees why they desperately need exercise and better nutrition in their life and second help them implement a strategic plan in doing so.

The first, most important piece of the puzzle is opening your employees eye to the “why”.

Without the “why” there will be no action, period. Say it any way you want, the benefit must outweigh the cost. My passion is to teach and speak on the science behind how exercising, healthy eating, and a healthy mindset actually impacts your body mentally and physically and improves work life as well!
